A true hidden gem!! This sushi spot is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall treasure!! We were in LA for a long layover and had a craving for sushi. The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, far exceeding what you’d expect from such an unassuming location. Every dish had clean flavors and thoughtful ... presentation, making it clear the chefs take real pride in their work. The service was just as impressive. Our sweet waitress was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming! The Saloon Osaka Roll was out of this world and honestly one of the best rolls I have ever had. The prices are fantastic for the quality you get and everything feels crafted with care. The vibe is cool ... and welcoming and you can tell the team truly cares about every guest. The service was spot on from start to finish and made the whole experience feel special.
