We stopped by on our way back home to New Orleans. I forgot the waiters name but he was a young Hispanic guy. Great personality with great food. We enjoyed our experience. Next time they may have alligator rolls!

Stopped in here during a layover at LAX and had without a doubt some of the best sushi I have ever had in my life! The staff were extremely welcoming and the food was immaculately prepared. I can’t recommend this place enough.

By total chance I saw the new owner of Saloon Osaka at a stoplight the day I ended up trying it for the first time. Nando is gregarious and hilarious. Owns The Good Pizza, too, in Playa, so when Cindy at ... Saloon Osaka told me he also runs her spot, I was drawn in. My order at Saloon was delectable and made in front of me fresh for takeout, as I was a walk-in. The spicy tuna on crispy rice and Baked Salmon Rolls were particularly tasty. I had the Fire Cracker Roll and the Curry Udon(vegan). The food is very rich with flavor, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The chief is very interactive with his customers.
